Having graduated from the Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas with a degree in Vehicle Fleet and a qualification of Mechanical Engineer.

Ruslan Siguatovich started his labor activity in the oil and gas sphere. With a total experience of 22 years and more than 5 years in the Scientific Research and Design Institute “Caspiymunaygas” JSC, Ruslan Siguatovich passed his way from a Specialist to the Deputy Chairman of the Board for Administrative Services. Ruslan Siguatovich’s main qualities are broad practical experience in administrative and oil-gas sphere, development of strategic solutions for efficient business development, excellent knowledge of economic aspects of mechanical works in the field. Ruslan Siguatovich was repeatedly awarded with a diploma and letters of gratitude from the “Kazakhstan Institute of Oil and Gas” JSC for his contribution to oil and gas sector development.
